Role Overview
We are a leading Korean General Trading Company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales to spearhead our expansion into the Polish and Ukrainian markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing trade operations for our core product portfolios: Steel, Chemicals, and Power Infrastructure/Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Poland and Ukraine.
Sales Management: Manage and grow the sales of Steel, Chemical products, and Power Infrastructure materials.
Trade Operations: Oversee the entire import/export process, including contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and documentation.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local partners, distributors, and industrial end-users.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the target regions to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (Written and Verbal).
Trade Expertise: Proven experience in international trade, logistics, or global sales.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business landscape in Poland and/or Ukraine.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (The "Best" Candidate)
Industry Experience: Prior experience in at least one of the following industries: Steel, Chemicals, or Electrical/Power Infrastructure.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean, Polish, or Ukrainian is a significant advantage.
Relevant network or existing client base in the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region.
